Hurt on the job. Supervisor initially refused to file a report as I did not tell her the day I hurt myself (didn't realize how bad it was until 3 days later). Then told me to pick between my job and WC. Worked for months against doctor's restrictions, that my employer refused to follow. Finally was allowed a LOA. Insurance was paying for everything, then stopped, claiming that my change in dates (as per my supervisor's error) made them question my credibility. Now waiting for mediation through TWCC with companie's insurance company, while being denied all medical (and never received TIBS,etc).
