My Bio

Currently have a Workers Comp case pending. Just received consultant's report from IME. In his report he said I had no symptoms from 2004 injury to 2006 injury. This is not true and he didn't ask me. He said my grip and pull were okay. He didn't test me. He filled out a form saying I'm capable of working with full duty in 3 months. Yet, on the form he said I could operate a motor vehicle "occassionally".

My Orthopedic Specialist has taken me out of work as permanently totally disabled.

I have a hearing on 4/30/07.

What happens in a case where they say I'm capable of working and my doctor has already taken me out of work. I've been out of work since Oct.
