Was injuried 2002 from a slip and fall in the back of my truck. In 03 had double herina surgery, in 04 had a extosis removed from my left pelvis rim. Was on lite duty from 03-04. Had a AME in 04 an he P&S'd me. Wasnt able to due anything because still in alot of pain. Was on Methadone 300mgs a day for 4 yrs just to get through the day. It still didnt help. Had 2 level 360 fusion in 06. Hardware and all. Now going through problems at T12-L1, bladder problems, sexual, and pain again. Next is possible surgery on the level.
