FERS vs CSRS and the Bracey decision

Is the Bracey decision relevent for FERS employees?  Or is it only applicable for CSRS employees?  Thanks.

The "Bracey" decision, concerning issues of Agency accommodation and what constitutes an "accommodation" under the laws governing Federal Disability Retirement laws, is applicable to both FERS and CSRS employees -- i.e., anyone filing for Federal disability retirement benefits.
