    Question [=?] Where to file?

    I have a question that pretty much boils down to residency requirements. I have been working out of state since March (in VA) until about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Since then, I've been working in the same state that my wife has been living in since June (SC). I am still using an AZ address and DL. Which state would I file in?

    AZ appears to be the only state in which either of you meets the residency requirement.
