Tortious interference with prospective business advantage

I could use some assistance here...
One (actually 2) of the World's Top 5 Corporations visited my business website (I am an automaker) which is oriented to my investors who I have been gathering and maintaining a relationship with multiple groups and VCs for $200M of funding (including tentative to due diligence contracts which may be used in court).

I was right there... So damn close to making 25 years of R&D and plans become reality.

Today, we would have MFG plants and offices being built and a variety of assumed space in vacant buildings (so we could begin immediately) and we would be ramping up to build American automobiles if this mega corp had not attacked me and killed our funding.

This large corporation signed on to blog as an investor "MONEY 01" and began tearing me down and blackening my name and then claiming to be a "real" engineer or a "real" automotive company, wishing me "all the worst the world can give me" and that I am self serving MORON without a mind... and THEN proceeded to send emails to prospective clients, investors and employees who argued against what the mega corporation had to say about me by called me a fraud, etc.

Not only do I have the IP addresses for these employees and their locations, but a written apology (admission of the libelous attack) by the main "engineer" who was then fired and reassigned as an instructor for the same company and the UAW.

This same company holds the paper on my house and are trying to grab it in the resulting foreclosure from the actions they took when they destroyed my funding relationships in June 09 with what seems to be personal opinion in a professional capacity. All attacks were generated from within the mega corporations ISP and originated from their HQ as the registrant's address all from their individual locations  where each employee worked.

They have destroyed me financially and put me in BK. I need an Arizona lawyer who can help me take this from here. All documents, plus the Large Corps admission of attack (because they were worried about lay-offs and loss of pensions) and their so called apology are just sitting here waiting for review. There is nothing to prove as they have admitted their wrong doing, their malice and their reasoning in their apology!

Alright, friends, please throw some legal help my way and let's find a good lawyer who will take this on as I need to prove I have legal representation to the judge as he won't let me do this pro per (he sees the merit). March 3rd is my deadline.

you will not find a lawyer here

You need to start talking to attorneys in your area. Actually TALK. Pick up the phone and make an appointment.

Re: you will not find a lawyer here

    Thank you LynnM,

I have been calling around to Phx as I doubt if the local lawyer crowd would pick up on this.

This is merely a spot to ask directions.

    Hi JL-

I deleted your duplicate post.  We ask that you contain your question to the one most appropriate forum.  Many of the same respondents read across multiple forums.  Also, using company or individual names is against our site rules.

I've included a link to a quick guide of posting instructions for your future posts.
