My Now Fired attorney still giving problem help!!!

I have done everything advised.

i have sent him a certified letter terminating him

and requesting my file and filling fees back.

since he deceived me and told me he sent my i485

and he never did almost a year later. im still in shock.

he has not returned anything back.

i have started a complain with the florida bar.

and to top it off, he left me a message he will get

to me soon because he is out of town and the next

day i saw him in one of my local town store.

i documented the time and the place for future

reference of yet one more deceit.

what else can i do next, i need my file

to file now on my own, since i have no extra $$$ for the moment.

any suggestions?
