Incorrigible Risk

We have an incorrigible daughter in our home, soon to be 16. Over the last 6 months we have called 911 for domestic violence against me, resulting in her at juv center, where I left her for 2 weeks. She has since threatened to kill her father and send me to jail. It appeared last week she was going to claim that her father sexually abused her, but when directly asked by the psychiatrist admitted not. She has a history of stealing and lying in the home and shows no remorse for actions. She is on probation and gets drug tested regularly. SO, I'm finally taking the advice of my friends and family and am in self preservation mode and in search of a juvenile law attorney to protect us...from what I'm not sure. Your personal experience or comments would be appreciated.

My husband and I have been having the same issues with our daughter and I was looking for someone to talk to.  I see you left this message 3 years ago and got now reply.  We have a miss of case on our hands even though my daughter has been arrested numerous times for runaway, I had to file a battery charge after she bit me several times leaving scars before the juvenile system got involved.  We cantinued to have the same problems with her but not phyiscally violent she kept runningaway in dentention center for a while on probation and now the poilice reports date back to oct. 2008, in the juvenile court system since march of 09, and she is still the same now court is and probation looking at us do to our frustrations with them and our daughter.  now the juvenile judge put her in foster care and probation officer miscommunicated the the time of the hearing were they were going to make the decision on foster care, even though we filed paperwork for court to rev. the day before the hearing and delived the same to public defender prosecutor and faxed probation, when po cd at 11:30 the day of the hearing and asked why were not there like she did not know she gave us the wrong time, she could of asked the judge to hear the next case while she cd us to see what had happened as well as my daughters public defender could have instead they went on put her in foster care issued no contact order since it was appeared that we did not care according to them.  Court Judge refused to rehear the case when we showed up at 12:20 shortly have getting the po's call.   This goes on and on like this, duaghter in foster care 2 weeks into her new school she gets caught with stolen phone po gives her 1 day community service does not report it to the court sd she did not have to school supsend her 2 days, next thing we hear is she has a cell phone 1 week after this happened.   Foster caregiver lets her on myspace an inappropriate she post a pic of herself in tank and panties told po about what the info we got from one of her friends who saw it, po sd she would ban myspace and take pic off it was there but that foster caregiver monitors it closely, it took 3 wks to get picture off and she still is allowed on myspace. we have any attorney we are broke from fees support we now have to pay 40 dollars each and I am the only one working husband laid off, counseling fees, probation fees, drug test fees, on and on.
