Father signed away his rights to one teenager only?

Ok. Complicated. 2 kids in foster care . Father has long arrrest record and complaint calls to Childrens Services.

While in state custody one teen breaks down admits to all the violence against her she has denied for years.

Other teenager who is 15 denies everything. Father will not cooperate with caseworker and takes it to pre-trial but then decides to sign away his rights to older daughter but makes agreement to do in house counceling for younger teen. Older girl asks judge for order to get her stuff from home and judge granted- when ten and case

worker get to home father refuses to let them in. Cops are called and father acts up but they let teen try to get her stuff ( he has destoyed most of it).and he lies and says he doesnt have the laptop, camera her mom bought etc.

What will judge do about that ? Can the mom who has reciepts do anything?

Also given the fathers VIOLENT past can the family who wants this teen now ask the judge to keep their info secret from the father in the interstate compact?(the caseworker says NO)

This is very important cause her family wants her and the caseworker said he would work on getting her out and with family out of state but he has threatened us for years and has guns. PFAs and courts can do little to stop bullets. Why would the father have a right to visit her and know what school she is in also?

The child he has NOT signed off on is still his child. He has every right to know where she is and how she is doing.

You should go to trial and terminate his rights as to all the children not just one.
