    Judge

    The judge in my case was not re-elected.  Will he be required to complete this case before he is replaced, or what will happen to my case if the trial doesn't end on the next court date?

    The judge steps down at the end of this term.

    If your case is still in progress, a new judge will appear and he'll have to bring himself up to date.

    • The right of the people 
    • to keep and bear arms,
    • shall not be infringed.

    The judge will be on the case until the term expires then you will get a new judge.
