I have reported your insulting comments to the admin's here. Attorney's often practice in more than one area of law. http://adamsbrownandkassel.com is hardly bogus. Try our phone number of 877-380-8967 and tell me that this is also bogus. You're giving false information and I won't argue with you. Get a law degree and then we'll talk.

You guys are amazing. His web site has been online for some time, albeit incomplete. Maybe they use it for email. He's been on LinkedIn for over 2 years. He's on Facebook. He's in Google. His toll free number works. He has a California address across the street from a court house. He has a Nevada address across from another court house. His legal citations check out. But he's Spencer that is asking for help? That's just silly. I'm grateful for his information.

@FamilyGuy:  The link you have posted does not seem to be presenting the website of your firm.  There might be a problem with the website.

To ALL Others:  It's unfair to imply the OP has created a false profile.  More than likely, the moderators will take care of these postings.

Ok  I'm not a lawyer.  This is only my opinion /suggestion.  Most Replys' are based on information provided by the "original post" (OP).

It could be my internet connection (not the first time).  All I am able to see is part of what appears to be the top of the website (I do not see phone numbers, etc....(Only the name of the firm and a pic of 2 men).

    Holy Mackerel -

Jo, Cica and Splum - you, along with everyone else, were "new" to the community at one point in time. I would expect that as long-term participants you'd welcome a new face to lend an additional hand and, potentially, an alternative perspective to discussions. No where is it stated that agreement is required - agree to disagree civilly. I'd expect long-term participants to refrain from jumping to conclusions and give a little elbow room as far as potential "slights" that likely are unintended. I don't expect to see comments posted that are clearly intended to flame or which are laced with sarcasm.

TheFamilyGuy, the intent of the forums is to be inclusive, not exclusive - I'd like to welcome you even though  this thread is less than welcoming. I'd ask if you feel there is an issue with future messages please send in a report at when things first appear to be erupting and not reply "in kind" - it would help the moderators greatly. Thank you.

Folks, there is plenty of room for everyone - new and old participants. Set a positive example with every single posting.

    Thanks.

    Denise
