    Workers Comp

I was hurt on the job in 2002 had a workers comp case. I was allowed to see my own doctor a year later in 2003 and had surgery. Pain has come back and surgery has been recommened and the doctor feels it may be from the same accident. What do I do now? Who do I contact? Etc

More information is needed.  Did you have an accepted claim?  Was the case ever terminated or closed by compromise and release?

If you had a lawyer in 2002-2003, that would be the place to start.  If not, then you should contact a local attorney who practices Workers' Compensation for advice on your rights at this time.

As Fred said, we need much more information to assist you.  I also agree with Fred that your previous attorney is the best place to start.  Generally speaking, the issue you seem to be facing is whether there is an "aggravation" (a new injury) or a "recurrence" (the old injury just coming back).  This is usually determined by medical evidence.
